Calm Seas in Elizabeth Harbor. ...finally

I am no longer able to do the blog in the evening.... Seems I am too busy drinking wine and cooking our catch of the day!
It was a beautiful calm day and we were able to take the Dink to snorkel the reefs on the Atlantic side. The visibility was incredible! About 100 feet! Nancy has a new name... Conch Queen. She was spotting them better then anyone! We went to some caves and were able to get off the Dink and walk around. Jessica even had a bat...uh I mean a black butterfly fly around her head!
Our dinner last night consisted of blackened Mahi Mahi, cracked conch, and conch salad... no veggies for us! After dinner we settled down for a conch blowing sunset!

Nick trying his best!

Conch Queen

Worthy of a conch blowing contest!
